Stradis Medical’s Disposable Surgical products made available to 16,000 healthcare providers nationwide

Nashville, TN - January 5, 2004 -- MedAssets, the 3rd largest group purchasing organization in the U.S., and Stradis Medical have signed a pricing contract for Stradis to become a provider of disposable products for MedAssets HSCA members, for a 3 year term.

The agreement covers Stradis Medical’s full line of disposable products for Ophthalmology, Orthopedic, ENT, Plastics, Pain Management. The contract will allow MedAssets HSCA members to take full advantage of Stradis Medical’s wide range of high-quality products, while saving significant dollars per procedure.

Many surgery center and hospital members have already begun using the Stradis product line, enjoying both high quality products coupled with Med Assets contracted pricing.
